Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to Meditate with Mandy. I’m Mandy, and it is an honor to be with you today.

Go ahead and get cozy and get comfy in your space. Prepare for a relaxing and grounding experience. And once you’re in a posture that is ease for your body, take a nice deep inhale in through your nose, and let it go through your mouth. In nose, out mouth. In nose, out mouth. In nose, and now out nose.

As you let your body regulate, breathe in through your nose and out through your nose, relaxing, slowing down, meeting the moment.

Hello, moment. How do you do?

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest. And as you inhale, feel your chest rise. As you exhale, feel it fall. Breathe right into your lungs, right into your heart, filling them with a little gratitude, a little love.

Thank you, lungs.

Thank you, heart.

Let your heart space give you the gift of peace. Let it open for you right here and now as you meet it with awareness. That means turning all of your senses to this space as they’re available to you.

For me, it’s often a feeling, or sometimes an image that I’ll see in my mind’s eye. Sometimes I’ll hear, or lean in like I can hear something in the center of my chest.

It’s like you have a thousand ways to perceive this world, and with one gentle intention, you turn them all toward the same object of awareness.

And just for now, that’s your heart.

Beautiful.

And now we’ll take that sense of openness and lightness and kindness. We’re going to move our awareness up with our inhale.

So on your next inhale, move your awareness up to the crown of your head. The space where you would literally wear a crown, where a baseball cap at its top would rest on your head, where a towel, if you wrapped it around your head, would hang on.

Bring your awareness there gently, and breathe in as if there were lungs on the top of your head. And breathe out, anchoring gently into this space.

Unclench anywhere you may be clenching, eyes or hands or jaw.

We’re not concentrating.

We’re resting.

Resting our awareness like a bookmark on a page, witnessing with love.

And now we’re turning all the parts of ourself, every ability we have to sense and feel and think and smell, we’re turning it all toward this space, as if a thousand eyes just turned at once to look at the crown of your head.

And we’re looking with love, resting with love, and welcoming a shower of clarity, a shower of peace, a shower of joy from above.

Breathe easy, and be with your crown.

[Silent interlude]

My sweet friend, beautiful.

May your crown be blessed with clarity.

Easy clarity.

Your heart is connected to all of your body, so you can draw love and patience and peace from your heart into your crown today.

And when you meet a moment that feels like it has the invitation to be not peaceful, imagine a shower of platinum white rain coming down on your crown and just clearing away the fog, opening you up to divine clarity.

Go ahead and take a smooth breath in through your nose and let it go through your mouth. In nose, out mouth. In nose and out mouth.

And when you’re ready, my sweet friend, inspired by joy, by true readiness, you may flutter your beautiful eyelids open to greet your world, your dream, and greet it with eyes of love.

Today may you walk in peace.

May you feel love and compassion, first and foremost for your dear self.

And may clarity and single-mindedness walk with you.

Or float.

You know what I mean.

Until we meet again, I am sending you all of the love that I’ve got. It’s always more. It’s never less, because you’re so very worthy of it.

It’s as simple as that.

Bye for now, my sweet friend.

Have a beautiful day.
