Hello, my sweet friend, and welcome to Meditate with Mandy. I’m Mandy, and I’m so glad to be here, sharing precious and profound presence with you.
Ooh, I like that.
Triple P: precious, profound presence.
Someone write that down.
Go ahead and get cozy and comfy wherever you are in your space. Make it an abode. Feather your nest, as my sweet teacher Davidji would say.
And when you’re ready, sweet soul, and not one moment before, flutter your beautiful eyelids closed and take a deep breath in through your nose. Let it go through your mouth. Two more. In through your nose. Sigh it out through your mouth. Last one in through your nose. Out mouth.
And let your whole body relax as you breathe in through your nose gently and out through your nose gently, at your own pace.
Easy.
If it wants to be a little loud, let it be a little loud. If it wants to be so soft we can’t hear anything, let it be that way.
But whatever the case, don’t judge the breath.
Let it breathe you.
Meanwhile, the scalp releases. The forehead releases. The eye sockets release. The jaw releases. The ears release. The neck releases.
The shoulders drop down, and the back broadens, and the muscles melt. The chest unlocks. The muscles of the arms grow slack, all while you breathe easy.
Hands unclenching.
Fingers, if you got them, relaxing. Maybe wiggling a bit.
Stomach and abdominal region, front and back, release. Hips, pelvis, thighs, release. Kneecaps, calves, shins, ankles, feet, and toes, release.
And let the breath continue, easy and natural.
Breathing you.
Beautiful.
My sweet friend, did you know that you are profoundly magnetic?
That when in alignment, just as you are right this moment, the highest aspect of your dreams and desires is drawn to you, hunts for you in a safe way, seeks you out?
And this profound divine magnetism is the result of relaxation, just as you’re in now.
It’s the result of ease.
It’s the result of trust.
This state you’re in right now is the fertile soil for all you dream of, and the universe’s secret file called better outcomes than you can imagine.
And oh, how we love that file.
It is our favorite file.
So today we celebrate this truth, this phenomenon called divine magnetism.
Today we’re going to enjoy it by bringing our awareness home to the center of our chest, that white light of awareness where infinity and bliss dance together.
You’ll rest your awareness here gently, watching that white light.
And you can play with it.
You can use any of the breathing styles we’ve learned, or visualize, or you can simply do my favorite, which is use that white light as a focal point.
Anytime your thoughts drift or float away, because they will, when you remember, you simply come right back to that white light at the center of your chest.
When you think of things that you hope for or that you fear, things that are tender, maybe they worry you, or maybe you just want them, you’re excited by them, imagine a symbolic representation of that thing rising out of the center of your chest to wink at your mind’s eye, reminding you:
It’s already within you.
And then watch it submerge back into the middle of your chest, into those infinite waters.
You may do that once.
You may do it ten times, fifteen times.
It’s perfect, however it rolls out.
So we’re going to spend some time here playing.
You can make it as simple or as exciting as your heart desires.
I’ll call you home when it’s time.
Here we go.
[Silent interlude]
Sweet friend, let that breathing be natural.
In through nose.
Out through nose.
As you gently kiss the center of your chest with your awareness one more time, etch the memory of your heart center in your mind’s eye for the day.
Maybe it’s a luminous white light like I see.
Maybe it’s a blooming flower.
A wide-open space.
Just a sensation.
Perhaps an emotion or a word.
A symbolic intention.
Take a moment.
See it and etch it into your mind’s eye as a memory to carry with you throughout the day.
Perfect.
Let’s go ahead and take some sealing breaths.
Four breaths to anchor for your day.
In through the nose.
First one, here we go.
Out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Two more.
In through the nose.
Out mouth.
And finally, closing breath, my friend.
In through the nose.
Sigh it out through the mouth.
Beautiful, my sweet friend.
What a gift.
When you’re ready, don’t rush it. Let those beautiful eyelids flutter open like butterflies to greet your world, the reflection of your inner state.
May you bless everything you behold today, and may it bless you doubly.
Until we meet again, I’m sending you all of the love that I’ve got.
It’s always more.
It’s never less.
Because you are so very worthy of it.
Bye for now, my sweet friend.
