Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to Meditate with Mandy. I’m Mandy, and it is my dream to be here with you in your dream.

It’s meditationception.

Yeah, don’t overthink it.

Today we are going to settle in, so go ahead and get cozy and comfy wherever you are. And we are going to enjoy one of the most timeless and powerful Sanskrit mantras that I’ve ever been introduced to.

So, when you’re relaxed and your body is at ease, flutter those beautiful eyelids closed and take the deepest breath you’ve taken in all day through your nose, and let it go through your mouth. Again, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Another smooth in through your nose. Hold at the top and sigh it out through your mouth.

And now breathe easy, in through nose, out through nose.

Your own rhythm.

Your own pace.

As we settle on in and relax the body, knowing that you are safe.

All is well.

Today’s mantra is simple. Two words.

And it translates into:

I am that.

But what is the that, you may ask, as you breathe in easy through your nose and out through your nose, and you drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, and let your forehead smooth out.

It’s a wonderful question, and it could mean anything.

Some have posited that it means divine consciousness, the all that is. Others have suggested it means everything, the very thing that you’re perceiving in any given moment, person, place, or thing.

And as for me, I have no idea.

And that’s just the way I like it.

The mantra is one that is robust. Millions of souls have chanted it, hummed it, meditated on it, and all of their collective resonance is there, waiting for us today to bask in.

So as you breathe easy in through your nose and out through your nose, you’ll gently anchor yourself to the words:

So Hum.

So Hum.

So Hum.

So Hum.

Simply be present with the mantra.

You may repeat it silently. You may hear it in your own head, as if it’s being whispered to you by another voice or many voices.

Your beautiful mind may invite you away on a journey, and when you realize you’ve stepped onto a train, just get off as the station shows up and return yourself to:

So Hum.

Trust the power imbued into these words, into these sounds, and let them echo through you like a bell.

I’ll be right here with you, breathing easy and doing the same.

And when it’s time, I’ll bring us back together.

Let’s meditate.

So Hum.

So Hum.

So Hum.

[Silent interlude]

Beautiful, my sweet friend. Beautiful.

Take a nice deep inhale in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.

Let it all go.

Inhale through your nose.

Bring your awareness home.

Exhale through your mouth.

Release the grip of awareness.

Inhale through your nose.

All is well.

Exhale through your mouth.

All is well.

I am that.

This energy will be with you today or tonight, whether you’re entering into day or evening.

In any state of consciousness, this energy will now hover within you, and it imbues you with a sort of wholeness and a welcoming for perspectives perhaps never considered before.

Doors that have been closed in the mind now open.

And in conjunction with what’s happening energetically to the collective through this season, both astrologically and on Earth, it’s the perfect medicine to help us to lean even more deeply into truth and the peace that comes from that truth.

When you’re ready, my dear friend, flutter your beautiful eyelids open and take a look, if you have eyes to see, at your world.

You may also take a whiff of it.

You may listen to it.

You may reach out and touch and feel the closest thing to you.

Let your transit through this dream be a joyful one.

Until we meet again, I’m sending you all of the love that I’ve got.

It is always more.

It is never less.

Because you, my dear, dear friend, you are so very worthy.
