Hello, my sweet friend, and welcome to Meditate with Mandy. What an honor it is to meditate with you today.
Go ahead and get cozy, get comfy in your space. Put your body at ease. And when you’re ready, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. In nose and out mouth. In nose and out mouth. In nose and out mouth. In nose and out mouth.
And settle in. Relax. Drop shoulders. Try on a smile and then let it go.
Breathe in easy through your nose and out through your nose, and come to the present moment, the infinite zero point.
And as you breathe, enter into your heart chakra space with your awareness. Watch your chest rise and fall. Feel your chest rise and fall, and perceive the spaciousness here, the openness here. If it’s helpful, you can place a hand over your heart center and just witness the space for a few moments, entraining with it the same way you’d potentially change the way you drive when your favorite song comes on the radio.
Let yourself change the way you breathe and the way your thoughts move, even the speed at which your heart is beating, as we regulate and entrain with that heart space.
Focus.
Rest your awareness.
Witness.
Today, my sweet friend, we rest in this zero point field. We’re being invited, initiated into this opportunity of non-reactivity, equanimity.
Change will be afoot, and new thought patterns, new folks, new opportunities, new ways of being are all going to bubble like shiny objects all around us. But in this moment, we’re learning to carry the zero point.
This means we don’t reach out and take anything.
We don’t shake hands.
We don’t make deals.
We don’t say yes, and we don’t say no.
We are the unstruck sound.
We are the seed before germination.
We are the witness.
And this energy that we’re entraining with now is going to be our greatest tool for the next seven days.
So let’s meet it.
Let’s rest here in the heart for the duration. And we will be poked by our mind, as we are in every meditation, invited into loops and patterns and wild ideas and distractions.
So in order to anchor back, we’re going to say to ourself every time we get pulled away by the mind and we catch it:
I am the unstruck sound.
And you may even say this aloud if you’re feeling playful.
I am the unstruck sound.
And then draw your awareness back to the center of your chest and listen, as if your heart was going to make a sound.
Listen intently.
When your mind isn’t pulling on your awareness, just rest there in the heart and keep listening for the unstruck sound.
I am the unstruck sound.
I am the unstruck sound.
We’ll listen and rest here, prepared with our mantra should we need it. And when it’s time, I’ll bring us back together and then release us into the world.
Breathe in easy through your nose and out through your nose.
And let’s play.
[Silent interlude]
Beautiful, my sweet friend. Beautiful.
I am the unstruck sound.
I am the unstruck sound.
Release your hand if it’s still over your heart and help yourself to a beautiful long inhale through your nose, and let it go through your mouth. Another inhale through nose. Out mouth. Last one in through your nose. Out through your mouth.
And as you return to your own natural breathing, carry this frequency, this knowing with you into the day or night.
Being the unstruck sound means being pure potentiality.
There is no obligation driving what you do or don’t do. There are no patterns dominating you anymore. They exist, but you’ve shifted so far into the witness perspective that it’s changed your fate.
There’s no constraint.
There’s no barrier.
So now you have the privilege and the opportunity to witness the world as it presents itself from a place of integration and balance before leaning into any new identity, any new belief system, any new project, any new expression.
You simply exist in the zero point field.
And my, my, aren’t you magnificent?
When you’re ready, flutter those beautiful eyelids open like butterfly wings, and if you have eyes to see, take a daring look at your world, at your dream.
Let it dance for you today, both inside and outside of your being.
And sit on your throne.
Not compelled.
Not coerced.
Calm.
Until we meet again, my sweet friend, I am sending you all of the love that I’ve got.
It is always more.
It’s never less, because you are so very worthy of it.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
