Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to Meditate with Mandy. I’m Mandy, and it is such a joy to be with you today.
Wherever you are, go ahead and get cozy, get comfy in your space. Turn it into a little bite of paradise, if you can, putting your body into a posture that is relaxing and easy, but will also preserve your alertness. A fun Mandy fact: nine out of ten times, if I meditate in a horizontal position when waking up at five in the morning, I will fall back asleep. So, be aware.
When you’re ready, my sweet friend, flutter those beautiful eyelids closed and take a nice, smooth inhale in through your nose. Purse your lips gently and breathe it out through your mouth, elongated exhale. Another deep inhale in through your nose. Purse lips, exhale out through your mouth, elongated exhale. In nose. Long exhale out mouth. In nose. Long exhale out mouth.
And now easy breath in through your nose and out through your nose. Your own pace, your own tempo. Your body setting the setting as you settle into this beautiful present moment.
And relax the body. Nowhere to be. Nothing to do. Let a wave of relaxation move through you as you breathe. Unclenching what’s clenched. Loosening what’s tense. Opening what’s closed.
And move your beautiful awareness to the center of your chest, my sweet friend. If it feels delightful, press your hands over your heart center, one or both, as you breathe in easy and out easy. If not, you can leave hands wherever they are and simply bring your awareness to the rising and falling of your chest, watching how the breath makes way for space.
And for today, we are going to breathe into our heart space, in and out, in preparation to receive.
For in the coming days and weeks, we will be receiving. We’ll be receiving love. We’ll be receiving inspiration, clarity, new personality, new persona, all of which is going to be built on the glorious foundation of your alignment that you have so diligently been tending to.
Glorious, glorious.
I celebrate you.
So we must prepare for the harvest with a smile on our face, with a pep in our step if we ever step, with levity.
So your invitation, my sweet friend, is to breathe, to receive, to clear space in your heart, in your chest, for the new.
That may be accompanied by visualization. You may use a mantra if it feels right. I receive is a wonderful option. You may simply witness the breath and know what your intention is and trust that.
Know that your mind will wander, so select an anchor now, whether it’s visual or perception, mantra or breath. Choose the first one that feels right.
Commit and prepare to play, my sweet friend.
I’ll be doing the very same.
We will till the soil of our heart garden and empty our baskets for the harvest.
Keep the breathing steady in through your nose and out through your nose.
Let’s play.
[Silent interlude]
Beautiful, my sweet friend. Beautiful.
You receive.
I receive.
We receive.
However you experienced the energy of openness, of receptiveness, it was beautiful.
It was enough.
Now, my sweet friend, you can place your hands back at your side if they’re not there already, and take a smooth, deep inhale in through your nose, and let it go easy through your mouth.
In nose, out mouth.
Last one, in nose, out mouth.
And back to smooth, regulated nose breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
When you’re ready, my sweet friend, flutter those beautiful eyelids open and take a peek, if you have eyes to see, at your world, at your dream.
Take a good look at it now, for it will be undergoing some changes.
Flow with every moment.
Stay open.
You are a new creature.
Enjoy that.
Until we meet again, my sweet friend, I’m sending you all of the love that I’ve got. It’s always more. It’s never less, because you are so very worthy of it.
Bye for now, my sweet friend.
