Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to Meditate with Mandy. I’m Mandy, and I am so honored to be sharing presence with you today, or tonight, whenever you’re tuning in.

Wherever you are in time and space, go ahead and get cozy and get comfy. I recommend for this meditation session that you lie down in a space where you have the room to stretch.

And when you’re ready, and not a moment before, please flutter those beautiful eyelids closed and take a nice, smooth inhale in through your nose, and let it go through your mouth. In through your nose, and out through your mouth. In through your nose, and out through your mouth.

Glorious.

And now breathe in and out through your nose, your own pace, your own rhythm, relaxing into the moment.

Give specific loving attention to your orbital sockets and the muscles around your eyes. Let them relax.

Your jaw. Let it unclench.

Fists. Release them.

And breathe easy.

We’re inviting in the octahedron today.

So if you’re new to this practice, welcome.

We are perceiving or visualizing, whatever comes naturally to you, it might just be a feeling or it may be an image, a beautiful human-sized octahedron encompassing you from toe to head, aligned vertically with your body.

And this octahedron is made of the finest crystalline structure.

It encompasses you from head to toe in parallel and spins in a clockwise direction.

Inside of this octahedron is you.

You’re encased in it as if you were in a temple.

Where you go, it goes.

And right now it’s spinning around you and picking up speed, accelerating in that clockwise direction.

As you’re inhaling in and out through your nose, you’re inhaling this platinum white light, the light of awareness, the light of animation.

And as this crystalline octahedron spins, it gently severs and disconnects any cords, cords of energy that have been siphoning from you, your external environment pulling away resources.

That could come in the form of obsessive or fixated thoughts, easily activated emotions that dysregulate the nervous system, or a physical demand that causes you to feel unpleasant physical sensations.

Likewise, the spinning octahedron is also disconnecting cords from our internal world to the external world, patterns that we’ve fostered that involve relying on others for validation, requiring mirrors in our environment in order to like ourselves, demanding that reality fit a form in order for us to feel worthy.

All of these cords get whisked away by the spinning octahedron, which in its sacred geometric form symbolically represents protection and power, alchemy, and sovereignty.

This glorious protective shield will follow you into the day or night.

But for now, for now we sink even deeper into this most glorious moment, breathing in smooth through the nose and out through the nose.

Now in your space, I invite you to widen your posture.

If you’re not lying down, I gently invite you to snuggle into a horizontal posture. Even now, it’s never too late.

And if lying down is not an option, that’s okay. You may modify this in a way that’s comfortable for your body.

If you are lying down, I invite you to widen your posture as closely as you can to the shape of an X or a star.

Your legs, if you’ve got them, will widen beyond the frame of your hips, as comfortably wide as possible, never getting even close to discomfort or strain.

And your arms, if you’ve got them, will be out at your sides, maybe even positioned up, angled slightly in the direction of your head.

Bring yourself into the posture ever so gently.

No forcing, no stressing or straining.

The version that is comfortable for you is the only version we’re interested in.

And when you’re there, when you’re emulating a human star, breathe easy, bringing your awareness to the center of your chest, to your beautiful heart space.

Your heart is a magnet, my dear friend.

And as you relax into this posture, I introduce you to today’s intention:

Ease by magnetism.

As you lie here in this easy posture, breathing into the center of your chest, all things wonderful are being pulled toward you with powerful, synchronistic magnetic force.

And oh, we love the mind, and we love to visualize and know the how and the when and the why.

But in this present moment, my darling friend, we give the mind a kiss and we bring our awareness right back to the center of our chest.

Our open posture symbolizes our receptivity and our readiness to receive.

Our star pose, the openness, the width of it, the vulnerability of the pose, represents our surrender.

Surrender, the ultimate power.

And if you dare bring a smile to your lips, this is the ultimate form of the receptive posture, for it symbolizes your trust.

We’re going to lie here and breathe for a time, my sweet friend, and in this time, you will be feeling the sensations of wave after wave of energy entering your heart space.

It will be filtered through the octahedron, so give any fear a kiss and release.

If you worry about bringing in disharmony or conflict or additional responsibilities and burdens that you don’t have the capacity for, what will be entering is regulated, uplifting, healing, synchronistic, harmonious, magnetic waves.

You are granted full permission to receive in this moment.

And rather than receive in images or dreams or visuals, play with the sensation of receiving energy.

This often feels like physical sensations first: tingling, relaxation, deeper breaths.

Then it becomes waves of emotion, a little bit of bliss, a little bit of giggly ecstasy.

You may just find yourself transported into another dimension.

Wherever you go, my sweet friend, allow yourself to be carried in this river.

For we’re not anchoring into great moments from the past or hopeful moments of the future.

We’re being carried by the river itself.

For you are the vessel.

You are the moment.

And there’s nowhere else to be but here.

I’ll be right here with you, doing the very same, breathing nice and deeply as a reminder for you.

And when it’s time, I’ll call us back together.

Let’s meditate.

[Silent interlude]

Beautiful, my sweet friend. Beautiful.

Breathe easy in through your nose and out through your nose, and bring your posture back in.

Hands, if you’ve got them, folded over the heart space. Legs gently coming back parallel with the torso.

Chest rising and falling easy with your breath.

A tiny smile maybe dancing on your mouth and cheeks.

The mischief of magnetism.

A very foreign, at this time in human space reality, sort of confidence begins to dawn when we tap into the power of ease.

When we tap into the possibility that the force that animates us has our best interest at its forefront. That it wants to soothe and uplift and empower and invigorate and fill you with joy.

A sort of mischievous glee that some of the gods were known for begins to descend upon us like a christening.

Like an anointing.

Like a baptism.

It is my wish for you and my blessing and spell that you be baptized by the knowledge of your own worthiness, my sweet friend.

For you are so very worthy.

Take a beautiful buoyant breath in through your nose, and sigh it out through your mouth.

Another beautiful breath in through your nose, and a robust sigh out through the mouth.

And finally, a smooth, gentle inhale through nose. Form a circle with your lips and breathe it out quietly through your mouth.

Back to nose-only breathing.

Body’s own pace.

As in your own time, my sweet friend, you flutter those beautiful eyelids open, if you have eyes to see, to gaze upon your dream, your world.

They say it’s shared, a shared collective dream, but that’s only halfway true, my sweet friend.

The other half of the beautiful paradox is that it’s all for you, and that you have the power to tap into a peace that surpasses understanding at any time, in any place, right here inside of you.

Until we meet again, dear one, I am sending you all of the love that I’ve got.

It’s always more, and it’s never less, because you, you’re so, so very worthy of it.

Bye for now, my sweet, sweet friend.
